Jeff Gunhus
Executive Officer, NSG

Jeff attended the University of California at Santa Barbara where he studied political science and economics. He is the author of the career guide NO PARACHUTE REQUIRED, released nationally in 2001. In his free time, he can be found hiking, fishing or at a coffee shop in Annapolis working on his novel. He lives in Maryland.

Spencer Pepe
Executive Officer, NSG

Spencer graduated from the University of California at Riverside with a degree in business. Professional achievements: 1998 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and finalist again in 2001; managing partner in the mortgage banking firm, Platinum Capital, which ranked #10 in the Inc 500 for America's fastest growing companies in 1998. Spencer currently is managing partner in AMTEC Funding Group which is his second banking start up. Spencer and his wife Xaviera live in Chino Hills , CA and enjoys climbing, whitewater kayaking, fishing and mountain biking.

Jason Reid
Executive Officer, NSG

Going from painter to owner, Jason’s career with the company spans sixteen years. Jason is involved with TEC as well as YPO. In his spare time he runs, plays guitar, cooks, and recently received his black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Jason and wife Kimberly have four children.

Matthew Stewart
Executive Officer, NSG

Matthew was raised in New Mexico and attended the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he studied political science and history. Matt currently sits on the Board of Directors of Share Ourselves (a charity based in Orange County). Matthew is also on the International Board of Directors for the Young Entrepreneurs Organization. In 2002 Matt won the Orange County Business Journal's "Excellence in Entrepreneurship Award." Matt has twice been a finalist for the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year award. Matt with his wife Jill and two children, lives in Southern California, and enjoys fishing, boating, skiing, scuba and travel.

Tracy Meneses
Finance Manager, NSG

Tracy earned her BA in Human Development from the University of California at Riverside and her MBA from California State University, Fullerton. She has created the financial controls and systems for NSG, but she is most proud of her other two creations, her sons Zachary and Nicholas.

Nancy Meloni
Chief Financial Officer, NSG

Nancy received her CPA while working with Arthur Young in Orange County, CA after graduating with a BA from Cal State Fullerton. She came to NSG after many years of experience with corporations of various sizes, and is proud to be a new member of the NSG team. A native Californian, she enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, and riding her "trike" with her husband and two daughters.

Johnny Rhee
Executive Vice President, NSG

In his career, Johnny received the California Manager of the Year award as a 17-year-old freshman. He graduated from UCLA in 2002 with a degree in Business and Economics and minors in both Accounting and Computer Programming. Apart from his work, he enjoys playing the keyboard, writing and boxing.

Ken Shin, Vice President, Pacific Coast California
Originally born in Hong Kong, Ken spent much of his teenage years in the Bay Area of California before attending Brigham Young University where he majored in Communications Advertising and Chinese. After becoming the National District Manager of the Year in 2007 and following another successful campaign in 2008, Ken took on the challenge of building the Pacific Coast Division into a powerhouse. In his spare time, Ken enjoys sports and other outdoor activities as well as spending time with his newborn son, Brayden, and wife of two years, Flora. Now that his son is learning to recognize his voice, Ken has taken on the challenge of learning the baby language to better communicate with his child.

Jared Ryan, Vice President, Central California
Jared was born and raised in Michigan, where he graduated from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. He originally planned to attend law school after his senior year and participated in the program to pay for his tuition. After completing the program, he decided to pursue business was given the opportunity to move to California and run the Central California Division. He has enjoyed developing and mentoring a wide variety of students over the past seven years. He is engaged to be married in the fall and looks forward to spend time with his two greatest loves: his business and his fiancé.

Brian Moaddeli, Vice President, Southern and Northern California
As the Vice President for Northern and Southern California, Brian’s role is to lead students in their first experience with sales, marketing, and employee management. His California business has grown close to 100% per year consistently for the last 5 years. Brian is also the owner, founder and CEO of Champaign Real Estate in Illinois. He also built and sold an Internet Marketing company during the Internet boom. Currently he sits on the Board of Directors of the Entrepreneur's Organization in San Diego, which represents more than $551 million in annual sales and more than 1900 employees. A graduate of University of Illinois with top honors, Brian enjoys Sports, piano, dancing, leadership activities, and travel in his spare time.

Jane Kim, Vice President, Arizona
Jane was born and raised in the greater Los Angeles area and attended UCLA where she double majored in Economics and History. In 2006 she moved to Arizona to help grow and strengthen the company there. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, eating exotic foods, and being a positive influence to those around her.

Chris Heerdegen, Vice President, Washington
Originally from Chicago, Illinois Chris attended the University Of Illinois where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management, Recreation, and Tourism. After climbing the ranks to Co-Vice President by the age of 21, he decided to expand the College Works opportunity to Missouri and Kansas. After explosive growth and success he relinquished control to Sean Phelps to take over the Washington division of CWP. In 2009 the Wasington division posted growth at just under 200%, and Chris fully intends to see big gains in future years. Hobbies include practicing Brazilian Jiu Jit Su (currently the Missouri State Champion at his level) and Kajukenbo, Kayaking, boating, hiking, and wine tasting.

Dan Green, Vice President, Oregon
Dan is in his 8th year as a VP at College Works, and in 2005 and 2006, had the honor of mentoring four other divisions of College Works Paiting, including Washington, Texas, Arizona, and Southern California. His acheivements with CWP include 2000 Manager of the Year Nominee for the Oregon division, and back-to-back National District Manager of the Year honors in 2001 and 2002. Dan is a huge fan of sports including golf and college football. Dan graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Oregon State University. He currently resides in Oregon City with his wife Jennifer and daughter Alexis.

Gavin Lanzty, Vice President, Utah
A native from Boulder, Colorado, Gavin Lantzy graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in business and economics. Living now in Salt Lake City he has grown the Utah/Idaho Division of College Works more than 100 percent and is excited about the continued expansion over the next few years. An avid skier and mountain biker, you will find Gavin spending his free time doing anything that goes fast!

Sean Phelps, Vice President, Missouri/Kansas
One of the original members of the Missouri division of College Works, Sean attended Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO where he interned with College Works Painting in their first year in MO. He then worked his way up to VP while helping start the Kansas branch of College Works as well. Sean resides in Kansas City with his long time girlfriend Tiffany. He loves the outdoors and spends as much time as he can playing disc golf, camping, kayaking, and mountain biking. Sean is also a big time Green Bay Packers fan, and his favorite vacation of the year is spending time with his family at their cabin in Wisconsin.

Lulu Deng, Executive Vice President, Pennsylvania
Lulu is originally from Michigan where she graduated from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. She enjoys pushing her team outside of their comfort zone by getting them to jump out of planes, try exotic foods and setting new revenue records. The Pennsylvania division won Division of the Year in 2007 and 2008. In her spare time, Lulu enjoys traveling with the Entrepreneur’s Organization, where she is a member of the Philadelphia chapter.

Danny Bingel, Vice President, Michigan
Danny started his career as a manager with College Works Painting while attending Michigan State University. His degree in General Management has propelled his success and that of the Michigan division in the past 5 seasons. Danny enjoys staying active, he plays hockey and enjoys being outdoors. Danny currently resides in East Lansing.

Taylor Duncan, Executive Vice President, Illinois
Originally from Chicago, Taylor started his college career at the University of Wisconsin where he played both football and track. After winning a Rose Bowl with the Badgers he returned to his home state and attended the University of Illinois graduating with a degree in Finance.
He married his wife Sandra in Jan '06. They had their first son, Rome James Duncan in Aug '08. In his spare time he travels internationally, golf's, and wrestles with his two dogs.

Brent Miller, Vice President, Ohio
Brent is originally from Pennsylvania where he graduated from Penn State University (University Park) with a Communication major and a minor in Business Administration in 2007. He started his career as a sophomore, winning manager of the year runner up in 2005 and in 2009 won national district manager of the year and holds the District Manager record in PA running $850,000 in business. He found Ohio for the outdoor activities including fishing, hiking, and hunting. Brent is excited to grow the division of Ohio and knows that with the quality and work ethics of the students they will have great journey together.

Zachary Matush, Vice President, New Jersey
Originally from the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania, Zack attended Penn State University where he majored in Finance and minored in both the Chinese language and Economics. Within a year of his graduation and at the age of 23, Zack expanded and started the New Jersey Division, and within three years plans on developing it into one of the top divisions in the country. In addition to running his division, Zack enjoys the outdoors, traveling abroad, and spending his free time at the shore.

Pantea Tahbaz, Vice President. New England
Pantea attended the University of California, Los Angeles as a Political Science major. She has always had a passion for helping others develop into strong leaders and global citizens. Pantea believes that life isn’t about finding yourself, its about creating yourself, and the potential people have if nurtured is endless. After working in the Central California division for many years, she recently moved to Massachusetts to work in the New England division.

Bill Ferst, Vice President, Virginia
Bill is a graduate from Pennsylvania State University where he double majored in Marketing and International Business. He is currently the new VP of the Virginia division and came from the state of Pennsylvania, which has been the Division of the Year the last two years. He also helped expand and develop the New Jersey Division last year. Bill's spends a lot of time coaching students on learning the business skills that are necessary to succeed in the work place after college. In his free time, Bill enjoys competitive sports and watching movies and currently has a dvd collection with 400+ movies.

Lindsay Donsbach, Vice President, Texas
Lindsay was born and raised in Orange County, California. She graduated University of California Santa Barbara in 2007. She worked in the Central California division and was awarded Manager of the Year in 2005. Lindsay continued her employment with College Works Central California until 2007. Upon graduation, she moved to Austin, Texas to take over the Texas division. She has a passion for learning and challenging young entrepreneurs the same way her DM was able to challenge and motivate her. She enjoys attending her local church and taking community two-step lessons. She loves working out at the gym and staying fit.
