College Works Painting grew from operations in one state to division in 24 states across the country.  This dramatic national expansion was driven solely through the internal promotion of the best talent for our College Works Internship Program.  Our expansion plans continue to be aggressive, and a strong career path exists for individuals who demonstrate exceptional ambition and talent – in particular College Works interns have opportunities to advance within the organization or to move into roles in any of the many companies started by past College Works interns.
